For your convenience, we accept PayPal as our method of secure ordering. Please note: you do not need a PayPal account to order with us.

	We offer standard USPS shipping (3-5 business days) and Overnight shipping options. These shipping times apply to after the order has been completed as stated under Terms & Conditions below.

GENERAL INFO ABOUT OUR COLLECTIONS: GUEST BOOKS: Most are 10.5” W x 6” High. Includes enough space for 600 signatures and thoughts. RING PILLOWS: Most ring pillows are 8” square unless otherwise indicated. PACKAGING: All of our collection pieces come in custom designed packaging that serves as the perfect keepsake box after the wedding. MEMORY BOOKS: Record your special moments from courtship through first anniversary.  Fabric covered 3 ring binder memory books with room for 240 wedding signatures and one photo album page. Measures 9.5” x 11.5” WEDDING ALBUMS: Include 4 matted 8” x 10” photo pages (holding 8 photos), 3 matted 5” x 7” photo pages (holding 12 photos), each of these pages can be inserted either horizontally or vertically, 10” – 12” x 12” scalloped edge scrapbooking pages, and 10 top-loading keepsake pages. Overall size of album is 12.5” x 14.5”.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All orders are custom made therefore all sales are final. *Unless Timeless Toppers Inc. has made an error with your order we will make every effort to correct the error at no additional cost.
  
  
• Because orders are custom made for each customer not all products are exactly the same.
  
  
• Any and all checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $25.00 fee. Any items disputed via Pay Pal will be subject to any fees incurred by Pay Pal and will be passed onto the customer.
  
  
• Customers are required to pay in full when orders are placed.
  
  
• Timeless Toppers Inc. will not assume responsibility for damage products once customer is in possession of product.
  
  
• Once the order has been placed, we in turn order your custom made letter from the manufacturer. Once they have the order from us at Timeless Toppers Inc. we will not be able to cancel your order.
  
  
• Rush orders will be considered as long as time permits. There will be additional $30 charge upon check out to cover the rush shipping delivery costs.
  
  
• Your order will be completed within 4-6 weeks from the time your order is placed. If the manufacturer has your item on back order you will be notified for the additional waiting period. If your event is under 3 weeks, please call or email to confirm that your order will be ready in time.
  
  
• Orders returned to Timeless Toppers Inc. from the Post Office unclaimed by the addressee, the shipping fee will have to be repaid by the customer prior to the item being re-shipped. 
  
  
• If you send us a comment about your order, we may use the content for our testimonial page.
